Return & Refund Policy

Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If your item qualifies for discounted shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Unless otherwise stated, refunds will be issued as store credit.

For health/hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items: sanitary napkins, menstrual cups, and face masks.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your order number and photos (including the packaging, shipping label, invoice, and package contents) to Support@KennedyAnderson.shop. For any cancellations or returns, please include your order number so we can process them.
